Accessibility
The LSRA has policies and strategies to meet its statutory accessibility duties.
LSRA Access Officer
We provide assistance and guidance to people with disabilities wishing to access our services. If you need help to access our services, please contact our Access Officer.
If you need help to bring a complaint to the LSRA about a solicitor or barrister, the Access Officer will be able to guide you as to how to do so, and will explain the types of complaints that we can investigate.
If you need help in writing your complaint, we will direct you to organisations who can provide this service to you. In most cases these will be Citizens Information Centres or the National Advocacy Service.
Please note that our Access Officer cannot provide you with legal advice or representation and does not investigate your complaint.
We do not operate an in-person complaints service at our premises – all complaints are handled by email or post.
Natasha Lee is the Access Officer for the LSRA.
