Complaints About Solicitors or Barristers

The Legal Services Regulatory Authority provides an independent, fair and impartial service that helps resolve complaints against legal practitioners – both solicitors and barristers.

The Complaints and Resolution Unit can be contacted weekdays (except Bank Holidays) from 10:00-12:30 and from 14:30-16:00 on telephone 087-2199100 or by email [email protected].

Our Press Office is open 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. on weekdays (excluding Bank Holidays).
