The LSRA today takes over the receipt and investigation of complaints about solicitors and barristers.

This follows the signing  by the Minister for Justice and Equality of the commencement order to introduce the new complaints mechanism under Part 6 of the Legal Services Regulation Act 2015.

The Complaints and Resolutions Unit of the LSRA has a designated email address: [email protected] which can be used for the submission of complaints.

All complaints must be submitted in writing.

The Complaints and Resolutions Unit can be contacted from 10:00-12:30 and from 14:00-16:00 on telephone 01-8592911.
