The Authority formally established the Advisory Committee on the grant of Patents of Precedence under section 172(1) of the 2015 Act at its meeting on 2 April 2020.
The Legal Services Regulatory Authority Executive are engaging with the Chief Justice and will be submitting draft framework documentation required by the Advisory Committee shortly.
A further update will issue once the first meeting of the Advisory Committee has been organised.
